WOD – Monday

Strength: Three rounds for Load and Max reps of: 3 Back Squat @ 85-90% Max Pull-ups Metabolic Conditioning: For time: Run 400 meters, Then complete 3 rounds of: 10 Thrusters @ 50kg/35kg 15 Toes to bar Finish with running 400 meters Post load/max reps and time for WOD to whiteboard.

Rest Day – Sunday

Have a good recovery day from the week of training and also from the CrossFit Richmond Rock climbing and social function! I’m sure there will be some people worse for wear!
